Known for his quick wit and approachable demeanor, Ty is a television and radio host known for waking up America and entertaining the United Kingdom every weekday as host of the engaging, high-energy and fun-filled The Ty Bentli Show.  Ty has spent years sharing the atmosphere, secrets, and insights of Nashville to country music fans - injecting humor and unpredictability into authentic and relevant conversations with superstars, rising talent and the people that love them! 

Ty has taken us backstage and down the red carpet at the biggest events in music –  red carpet interviews with his on-screen partner, Kerri Kasem, include the GRAMMYS, the American Music Awards, the Billboard Music Awards, the Hollywood Film Awards, People Magazine Awards, and other marquee events. Ty and Kacey Musgraves took us ON-stage during the ACM Awards as they presented Thomas Rhett with Male Vocalist of the Year.  His friendships and rapport with celebrities and industry insiders has created memorable moments on-air, online, and on-site.

Ty’s decades of major market success, include market-leading ratings at Chicago’s KissFM, duplicated as he rose to #1 in Los Angeles at 104.3 MyFM, and then expanded to country music as he delivered localized, successful, multi-format shows to 94.9 The Bull, Atlanta; 102.5 KNIX, Phoenix; Big 98, Nashville; KJ97, San Antonio & more; this led to Ty taking the helm as morning host at New York’s 92.3/NYC – where his cast of “Ty Loves New York” was featured on Fox TV’s Dish Nation.  Ty has also appeared on specialty programming for NASH TV, MTV, VH1 and beyond.

As a father, Ty proudly aligns himself with support of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, along with his support of first responders (his dad was a police officer). Bentli greatly appreciates the opportunities to be involved in inspiring organizations.  In fact, serving as host and presenter for the annual Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) Telethon (formerly the Jerry Lewis Telethon) led him to meeting his wife, Corri.  He has loved volunteering as a mentor at South Central Youth Center “A Place Called Home,” and annually encourages listeners to honor our deployed service-members through a campaign called 100,000 Thank Yous, which was launched onsite at Naval Air Station Pensacola, this past November!  Ty and his son Radley welcomed their family’s latest addition, Bash, with “The Rally Around Radley” diaper drive, which rasied over 200,000 diaper donations for The National Diaper Bank Network.  

Ty is also a proponent for bettering the condition of the music industry.  He champions songwriters and has created opportunities for new artists who deserve the attention of country music fans, worldwide!  This includes his Undeniable Series - amazing talents like Caylee Hammack, Kassi Ashton, Abby Anderson, Maddie & Tae, King Calaway, Ashley McBryde, Midland, and Mitchell Tenpenny …
